Animal Grow Lighting Source
The animal breeding lighting series plasma light source (LEP) has a spectrum range of 295nm-1800nm, which is the full-spectrum light source closest to the sunlight spectrum. It has many functions in breeding and animal husbandry, mainly including improving animal production efficiency, promoting health, reducing stress and disease, and optimizing breeding environment management. The LEP light source has high brightness and a color temperature consistent with sunlight, with a CRI of up to 72-92, providing farmed animals with the same comfortable environment as in the daytime sun. The ultraviolet and infrared light of the LEP light source can kill some bacteria and viruses, reduce the incidence of diseases, reduce the risk of infection in animals, improve production safety, and have a positive effect on the immune system of animals.
I. Characteristics of the animal grow lighting source
1.1. Characteristics of spectrum
The animal grow lighting source emits continuous full-spectrum white light with a wavelength range of 280nm-2500nm. Delivers unique advantages unmatched by other light sources in animal farming.
Its ultraviolet and infrared light, identical to natural sunlight, can kill certain bacteria and viruses. Effectively prevents the breeding, aggregation, and infestation of pests. Maintains a comfortable and clean farming environment. Reduces disease incidence, lowers infection risk, and enhances production safety.
Color temperature: 5000K-5500K. Visible light accounts for 70%, invisible light 30%. Wavelength proportions closely match natural sunlight, as shown in the table below:

1.2. Application advantages of the animal grow lighting source
Sunlight animal farming lighting delivers unique advantages unmatched by other light sources.
First, it is the closest full-spectrum light to natural sunlight, with high brightness and color temperature identical to sunlight. It provides a comfortable environment similar to daylight, reducing stress and anxiety in confined animals. Animals can forage freely and increase activity, which aids digestion, absorption, vitality, and production performance.
Second, its ultraviolet and infrared light can kill certain bacteria and viruses, effectively preventing the breeding, aggregation, and infestation of pests. It maintains a clean and comfortable farming environment, reducing disease incidence, lowering infection risk, and enhancing production safety.
Additionally, it is flicker-free with stable color temperature and uniform illumination, positively impacting the immune system of animals. In contrast, traditional artificial light sources such as LEDs, incandescent lamps, and mercury lamps produce flicker that can irritate the visual system of both humans and animals, causing discomfort and stress reactions.

1.3. Application Areas
Suitable for livestock farming and breeding lighting for dairy cows, horses, sheep, chickens, ducks, and other animals. Also ideal for indoor farming lighting for aquatic animals, reptiles, amphibians, and pets, especially in winter or areas with limited sunlight.

2.2 Environmental requirements
A) Work Environment
Temperature -25℃ to +45℃, humidity 5%-95%.
B) Storage environment temperature
Temperature -40℃ to +80℃, humidity 5%-95%.
2.3. Heat dissipation requirements
A) Power supply cooling
If the power supply is external, the power supply shell itself can meet the heat dissipation requirements. If the power supply is built-in, the heat dissipation must meet the requirement that the temperature rise is less than 35°C under a 25W heat source.
B) Power amplifier heat dissipation
The power amplifier (microwave solid-state source) must meet the requirement that the temperature rise is less than 35°C under an 80W heat source.
C) System cooling
When the ambient temperature is 30°C, the shell temperature of the entire Sunlight simulation source system must be kept below 70°C to meet safety regulations.
